I NEVER THOUGHT I'D SEE THE DAY
Until our current President was running for office, I never really paid attention to politics (even though I worked in a political environment for about 8 years). Now, it's kinda hard NOT to pay attention to politics, unless you choose to stick your head in the sand and pretend it's not happening.
It's happening, folks. Our constitutional freedoms are being taken away by the very man who took an oath to protect those freedoms. President Obama is now MANDATING religious organizations to provide free contraceptives and abortive drugs to their employees. Here's a quote from the American Family Association:
On January 20, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) reaffirmed a rule forcing nearly all private health plans to include coverage for all FDA-approved prescription contraceptive drugs and devices, as well as surgical sterilization.An exemption provided for "religious employers" is so narrow that it fails to cover the vast majority of faith-based organizations, including Catholic, Baptist and Methodist hospitals, Christian and religious-based universities, and service organizations that help millions every year.

I never thought I'd see the day when the President of the United States would simply ignore and run roughshod over the founding principles of this nation. It just blows my mind.
Please . . . let's not blow our last chance at freedom. Prayerfully consider your choices in the November election. If we choose to do nothing, we will only have ourselves to blame for another four years of tyranny.
