ALL GOOD THINGS MUST COME TO AN END :(

Well, I'm about to complete a week's vacation from work, and what a wonderful, much-needed break it has been.  I got lots of painting done, treated myself to a pedicure, and even attended my first art workshop.

It never fails, however, that I begin to tense up when I realize that in a few short hours I will have to "suit up and show up" at the office. True to form, I had a horrible dream last night that I was running late for work and halfway down the road I realized I had forgotten to pack my bag with things I'd need in the morning!  Needless to say, I was exhausted when I slithered out of bed this morning.

I need to remind myself to focus on the good of everything . . . rather than fret over the end of the vacation, I'd prefer to think back on the leisurely pace, the fresh air I actually took the time to smell, the couple of naps I took (and am ready for one right now!), the art that I love to create so much.

Yes, all good things come to an end . . . maybe I can start planning for my next vacation!
